The right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.
During this time you can do the product that is reasonably necessary to assess the product. It is allowed to try the product as you would in a physical store. In addition, you can remove the product unless the packaging contains a seal in case of CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray discs or software.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, has received the product.
If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the last product or item. At the time that you have agreed on a regular delivery of products, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you or a third party designated by you, physically acquires the first product.
In case of service, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement. To use your right of withdrawal, please send us an email, whether or not including the Model Form, via {email}. You must return the products within 14 days of sending the e-mail
We ask that you return the product as much as possible in the original packaging.
Refund
In case of revocation, you will return all payments, including delivery costs for the shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated your intention to withdraw. We will refund you with the same payment method you have paid, unless you agree with another method. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We estimate that these costs will be up to € 50.00.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
Services that have been implemented with consumer consent (eg booking a trip, signing a subscription, downloading an ebook, movie, cd, etc.) such as download software.
Products that are made to your specification, such as Backup CD-ROM.
